    help me T400 or T61 now?

    I nearly purchase a new Laptop, and i choose Thinkpad
    I hesitate between T61 and T400, I read some Review of T400 and almost them say that " the build quality of T400 is not equal T61"
    such as: the plastic cover is loose,palmrest so heat...etc
    Please give me an advice for the best purchase!! thanks a lot!

    If money is an issue the T61 is a really good choice. The T400 is new more exspensive but has newer tech. You need to weigh the advantages the T400 has over the T61, Cause the T61 may be all you need.

    I went with the T400 because at the time I was intending to keep it for a few years and wanted something with newer tech.
