    hi,
what is the highest multipler on the t61p board?
im now using a x7900 cpu and i cant set any higher multipler then 14 with rmclock, but the cpu is unlocked and works on other systems with multipler 17 (dell xps...)

is rmclock able to set a higher multipler even when the mainboard havent a overl****ing setup?

my x7800 goes up to x15 (my bios restriction)
if i restrict the multiplier to 14 in bios, there is nothing that rmclock can do about it.

so unless you can set it in bios rmclock will not help.

The C2X cpu's has to be overclocked through the BIOS by unlocking the last multipliers. If your notebook never came with a x7900 then im afraid theres no other way to unlock the OC multipliers.

Ok, this was the thing I didnt knew, I thought even if there is no option in BIOS to setup CPU RMclock can do it...

Does anyone know if lenovo can/will/have put the overclocking feature inside the BIOS or may i find a BIOS for my Mainboard with this options (from manufactor)?
