    Hi..
    is BIOS the wrong term to use? (I understand UEFI is not BIOS)

    I want to flash the UEFI / MBRD firmware..

    There is a file here for my lenovo B50 30.

    I download it on another computer 'cos another computer runs windows, I hope it'd let me make a bootable cd. But it says do you want to flash this computer. I say "no"" and it exits.
