THE title pretty much says it all,

The physical sound control buttons (vol up-down-mute) do not work.

What do i download to get them working?

    Thanks,

BTW: I would normally do a think vantage system update but it crashes on startup. I had previously got the buttons working before, but when i rolled back (system restore) to before the system update the fuctionality was lost. I can't see the little green volume bars on the screen either

How about re-installing the drivers. The on-screen displays are the TrackPoint Accessibility app.
