    Hello everyone,

I just got a Thinkpad T43 as a gift and I was very happy until this morning. Here's my problem: I created the Rescue & Recovery Disc and I found it could NEVER restore my hard drive to the original factory state.

Every time it brings me to the recovery program and keeps asking me the supplementary disc. This made me realize there should be more than one disc (I quitted after the first one came out... can't believe I was dumb enough to do that). Now I've lost the chance to make them by myself since I can't even start up Windows XP.

Is there anyone can help me?? Thanks!

I'm sure Lenovo can send you a disk if you call them.
