Anybody know how to remove the lenovo support & downloads tab that always pops up when I open explorer. Lenovo won't help me unless I pay them $99 for software support.

    Thanks!

Go into Control Panel and into Internet Options. Set the homepage as about:blank

I ran Internet Explorer as an Admin and it took care of the extra tab popping up on startup.

Actually, look at the Client Security Solutions program, should be an option in there.
