    i have ibm thinkpaad r51 series notbook.my OS xp sp2.i have mcafee aantivirus.recently my system get slowdown.i dont know why its happend?then ,i can't see folder option in tool menu & con trol panel.i can run mcafee anti virus.its shows some files infected 'W32/Rontokbro.gen@MM' virus.mcafee autometically delete that files.
    i dont know how to remove that virus in to my system?anybody knows how to remove that virus? i have mcafee antivirus licenced version.but i dont know much about viruses.plz help me.explain in step by step

    ur mcafee shud be able to take care of that worm.. if you havent updated ur mcafee do that and then scan ur system..

    even after that if the worm is found, go for a online scan with pccilin or norton. that should work..
