I have just removed Vista Business from my lenovo R61 laptop,
i'm trying to use the password manager software but i could not because it asked me to remove the trusted platform (TPM) module from the bios , but i could not find any thing in the bios on this name...
any one has an idea how to remove this (TPM) ???

    Thanks in advance

You can disable TPM in bios setup. Have you tried this?

I think it asked you to CLEAR the TPM, rather than remove it. The TPM is a soldered chip so you can't exactly remove it (at least not without some serious effort).

There should be an option in the BIOS (forget where exactly) to disable and/or clear the TPM (or possibly CSS).

To enter BIOS configuration, press F12 before boot and select Setup from the menu.
