Bought my thinkpad almost two years ago, preconfigured from a retailer.
No idea which keybaord I have, but whichever one it is, I want the same one again. I've tried out some newer T's and Z's, and they are not the same. Quieter, but softer keystrokes, less snap to them. Hoping this is just because they are of the other two makes.
Anyways, will I be able to determine this without taking it apart? By serial number or anything?

Use the parts lookup here:

and then you will have the model number of the keyboard which you can use in the parts finder on lenovo's site to look it up. -

Guess that's the louder, clickier one. Any clue which version I was seeing in stores that was softer and quieter? I actually like the extra resistance. Seems like it has a "break".
