    can someone give me a detailed rundown of steps to take to recover my laptop to the original factory install with my burned recovery cds and dvds?
    i have 2 x dvds and 1 x cd already burned

    of the bat i don't remember which dvd/cd but if you followed the instructions and labeled your media properly it should be obvious. Basically just make sure your bios i set to boot first your external optical drive or your docking station optical drive... and you're good to go (obviously place the 1st cd/dvd in the optical drive)

    no need for detail run down.. all the steps are given CLEARLY when you run the recovery dvds and cd
