This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    all, i thought i saw it on this forum but couldn't find it now. it says something about a price reduction (special price) if we buy the thinkpad online and using some shareholder's (?) code? can somebody help me out, please?

    am planning to get the best deal for t41/42, so am welcoming recommendations... [ ;)]
