    trying to find more information about a x220T, with model number 4298cs4, but the machine is not listed in withdrawn product tabook, where can I go from here to if I want to find more information on the product?

    Given that it's on Lenovo's documentation most likely the X220i Tablet model exists. The "i" designation usually means that its a base preconfigured model but mechanically they are identical to that of the standard models. I have a T420i and its pretty much no different from the standard T420 models except the cheaper price tag due to the fixed low end processor and graphics option.
