    Do you mean the screen resolution (upgrading WXGA 1280x800 to WXGA+ 1440x900)? If so you need to change the whole LCD panel to take advantage of that. While not impossible it can take a bit of work and can be expensive.

    Otherwise if you mean upgrading the graphics card then unfortunately you can't as its soldered on the motherboard. The best alternative for that is a Vidock setup where you can take advantage of a desktop GPU connected to the notebook.

    if i increase memory of graphic card resolve the problem

    you have to change the LCD, graphics card or ram doesn't affect the native resolution of the LCD.
