    Just checked and the answer is YES. I actually use a custom layout myself (international reversed dead key created with MSKLC). I believe the TIP (Tablet Input Panel) supports any keyboard layout you'd like.

    thanks for going the trouble to find out for me, just try out the mskcl, mskcl kinda suck though, since it does not let me map the caps lock with the backspace.
