    if so, is this SSD working fine in the T61 (besides being capped at 150mb/s) ?

    because I red somewhere that it has recognition problems in T400

    It works fine in my T400. I have the Samsung drive and the P256 is just a rebadged Samsung. It should work ok in a T61.
