Hum... Did you use google translate to write that? I don't quite understand what you said. Did you replace symantec antivirus already or are you planning to remove it?If it bothers you, you can get rid of it and replace it with te antivirus of your choice.
About the administrative rights problem are you using Vista or Xp? on Vista just go in the security center and disable the uac or use the tweakuac program. In xp it would means that you are not an administrator, try booting i safe mode login as admin and change the status of the account you are usually using.

you can goto symantec's website link below..

    http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

and download the norton removal tool.. just make sure to select the version you have.. it will completely remove norton and all its small programs.. thats what im going to do.. i use avg everyday at work and never had a problem.. norton is a system hog... i hate norton

Norton was the first product I removed from my ThinkPad. Aside from their corporate line, Symantec/Norton products use twice the resources (CPU, RAM) to do the same job as a number of products that cost nothing. Quickest way to make your cutting-edge system perform like one two generations back is to install the home version of Norton Antivirus.

I use Avast! Antivirus Free edition. AVG is decent, though I think Avast has a better boot-time scanner. If you want a commercial product, eSet NOD32 has a stellar reputation as antivirus goes.

Yeah, I dumped Norton off the sytem right away. It is not a good anti-virus - not only does it hog resources, it also doens't test all that well.

I use AVG free. Like LoneWolf15 says, Avast is another good, and free, product.
