It depends on the machine type. You can use the link in the sticky to see.

ok i went to the link for IWS, put in my machine type.

and I got a list of countries and phone numbers which Australia was one of them, does this mean that my machine is cover in Australia by IWS?

and also i went to the Australian lenovo site looking for warranty, put in my machine type and serial number and i got location: united states.

Sorry it is 1:30 in the morning here in Australia otherwise I would have just called to find out.

    thanks

Not all T series have IWS. It depends on the machine type. Typically models are introduced in the US and as they become available overseas, IWS is added.

All T's has international? The T43p I bought in 05' had international. But when I search online with my serial number, they said it's only in the States...?!

I see. Thanks lead_org. It has changed since I first got the system in Feb 3rd. My machine type was only listed with United States warranty, instead of IWS now. I think they haven't had time to update everything then since it was still less than a month since the system debuted in CES.

    I was answering OP's question.

I am not sure what your situation is, as not all US sold models are covered worldwide. But i think you should post this message at Lenovo.com official forum and ask Cleo_Lenovo or Mark_Lenovo's assistance.

if it's the 7450-67U in your signature then your model number is 67U, not CTO.

the 7450 machine type is covered by IWS.

all of this is covered in the sticky at the top of this forum. ;)
