During the crazy sale in August you could get this for $950.00, im not sure if this will drop further, but it seems like a decent deal.

Didn't even look at the date on this blog, but oh well. ha.. I gotta say, I just got a 14.1" T61p with the T7700 2GB RAM 100GB HDD 7200RPM, and it would be hard for me to say I'm not happy...

The only downer is that the screen is a very different lighting to-it, especially if your not use to the matte finish screens; honestly just kind of has me stumped as to how I should think of-it or what to do with-it if anything... next to my 22" Samsung monitor it pales in comparison with color quality, but this machine really is a high-end machine and is built to last.
