    Hello guys

I found this price on lenovo T61. But I don't know if it is the right price to get.

    Intel Core 2 Duo processor T8100 (2.1GHz 800MHz 3MBL2)
    Genuine Windows Vista Home Basic
    15.4 WXGA TFT
    NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M (128MB)
    2 GB PC2-5300 DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz SODIMM Memory (2 DIMM)
UltraNav (TrackPoint and TouchPad) with Fingerprint Reader
    160GB Hard Disk Drive, 5400rpm
DVD Recordable 8x Max Dual Layer, Ultrabay Slim
    ThinkPad 11a/b/g Wi-Fi wireless LAN Mini-PCIe US/EMEA/LA/ANZ
    Integrated Bluetooth PAN
    9 cell Li-Ion Battery
    6459: Express - 1 Yr Depot Warranty

Total price 936$. Is it a good price? Can I go for this laptop?
I wanted to have a web cam integrated and a larger Hardisk also, but I think it is better to sacrifice and have a better build laptop like Lenovo.

please share with me your opinions. Should I buy it?

It is my first laptop, so bear with me please...

    Hello,
In my opinion that is an ok price, but not great. I wouldn't say you were getting ripped off but it doesn't seem steller either.

Are you looking for the T61 specifically? It is a great machine, but I am not sure if you are aware that Lenovo just released new the T500 and W500 machines to replace the T61 and T61p machines respectively. Check those out as well, as some of them are going for great deals. Also the T500 and W500 have the option for an integrated webcam. And the hardrive is not set in stone, unlike some of the other parts, you can always upgrade it.

I agree with The Fire Snake, it is not a great price and you could configure a T500 similarly with discounts (and I mean better when I say similar...at the same price ish).

thank you guys. I was tempted by T500. By the way, at 936 $ I have tax and shipment included. That doesn't make it a good price either?

With the same specs + camera (the thing i am missing the most) it goes
    $933.52* + 6% taxes.in total 988$ throgh a 10 % discount ecoupon.

sorry to ask again. Can I get for 900 $ in total, with the same specs the T500 with webcamera included?
