    It will definitely be worth your while to read the forum inputs on discounts and ecoupons.

    I got the 2.6 (see my signature) for $1600 10 days ago.

    Ecoupons are offered every quarter it seems by lenovo. check Lenovo.com for a direct purchase. Then, there are other ecoupons: paypal, fatwallet, employee, contractual, holiday, etc. to use on the direct purchase from Lenovo.com
