    Hi,

i bought T400 with intel latest chipset T9600 core 2 duo.

but i found out my operating system is 32 bit vista basic.

if i try to upgrade my T400 to 64 bits does it work with the same hardware or not?

    thank you in advance.
    regards:
    nehal

Yes, it'll should work without any issues. Make sure you download and install 64bit drivers.

thank you David for prompt replay.

do u happened to know the link to download drivers?

also is the T400 is with T9600 core2duo is by hardware and system archietecure is 32 bit machine or 64 bit machine.

becoz if it is 32 bit hardware system then there is no point putting software of 64 bit.

    thanks.

    regards:
