Out of curiosity, I called Lenovo about whether I can use the widely-shared Meyer's info for a purchase. The rep said I can but all similar orders will be cancelled because an employee is not allowed to purchase so many computers.

Anybody really recieved his/her laptop with our friend Meyer's info?

IDK...but this is what happens when you use information you are not supposed to use to get deals that you are not supposed to have access to because you don't have a job there...

I've been told my order is "under review". Which I interpret as being canceled. Bummer, but it was too good to be true.
