How can I time the laptop to turn on at a specific time automatically? Can it be done?

Well, it sure would save a heck lot of time in the mornings instead of waiting for it to start up.

Why not close the lid and let it hibernate?

When it hibernates it's essentially off so there should be no heat.

Anybody can help to find answer to this ?

My Lenova 3000 N100 which I bought one year ago, not working now. I do not know whether the problem is with battery or charger.

When I plugged in the computer with charger, there is no light showing it is charging ?

    anybody can help
