    I just recently purchase Y560D online, just got ship out.
    just got a few questions on it.

    -how many harddrive slot does it have, it come with a 5,200rpm HD(Any recommendation for a 7,200rpm HD.


    -how is the 3d performance..


    -i hear a lot of review about that there is excessive heat coming out of left side, true or not?

    One hard drive slot, but you could always replace you CD-ROM with a hard drive caddy so that you can have two. The seagate momentus xt would be worth a look.(Has a small SSD built into it for fast booting)

    No clue about 3D, hopefully someone else on here knows, or can post a link.

    It does blow out hot air from the left vent when you are gaming or stressing the laptop. I don't see it as unacceptable. It's better to have hot air coming out the side than staying in your laptop and cooking everything to death.

    thank you, never know that i could replace the cd-rom with harddrive.....asking cause i got a 256gb ssd and i don't want it to go to waste.
    just asking about the 3d because i couldn't found anyone talking about this loptop, and this is one of the major loptop release by lenvono this summer, and was really want to know is that loptop bad or just no one want 3d...

    There's an entire thread dedicated to the Y560 and Y460, which includes the Y560D that you just purchased. It's several hundred posts long now, and it's on the front page of this forum :)
