    i was told the best way to get rid of the extra stuff on the laptop was just to install vista again.. i did but i made the start recovery disc but deleted everything on the hd.. but now i cant get everything to work like the camera even though i already download the drivers & software from lenovo site i wanted to know do i have to call them for a cd to restore everything about to factory

    I had to install my graphics driver again from Lenovo's site, and the executable only uncompressed & copied the files to the drive; it didn't run the setup. So what you have to do is go and find the files on the C: drive and run the setup.exe file manually.

    Not sure if it will help you install the camera or anything else, but it's something I had to do.
