    Likely an error in the Amazon listing. Model 3254-ALU has i3-2350M. I could not find it in the Lenovo 2012 "tabook" (possibly an early build, with Sandy Bridge), but you may check here, here and here.

    Don't think E430 is/was offered with quad core CPU.

    Detailed specifications - ThinkPad Edge E330

    apparently, Lenovo detailed specification also gives you a quad core option on the E330. Don't take these detailed specification seriously, it is inaccurate and has been for a while.
