-not sure if anyone has experienced this- but looking to see if I can escalate this issue somewhere else other than the Lenovo rep who processed my order. In Canada-purchased a W500 early August (daughter loves it-so quick with autocad), after which I got confirmation from my Lenovo rep they would process my price protection request August 18th (sent an email with configured quote).
Followed up by email Sept 15th, Sept 29th with the same Rep - he replied nothing yet processed. Phoned Lenovo couple of days ago, my rep came on the line, checked with Sales support and was informed they're going thru an "audit" and so all ajdustments/refund credits have stopped pending this process.
So it'll be 2 months pretty soon - what recourse/other steps can I follow to have my request concluded? There is no compliant centre/customer care info That I can find other than their main number and the rep number...thanks :(
