    That one is probably the most famous review of the T400. Some points are valid, but many have been fixed by Lenovo or really are non-issues (ie: 9-cell battery throwing off the weight balance - with a battery that can net you 10 hours of on-time, I think one should already know what they're getting).

    Also, reviews are largely subjective, so it's difficult to say. You can read my review of my T500 (link in signature) - the T500 is just a larger T400 with better graphics.

    Thanks, with the 15% discount coupon, the t400 is priced really nice atm! Real nice review as well, is the t400 a better choice when it comes to lugging it around school all day over the t500?

    i have never seen a 14.1 inch laptop with an one piece nine cells battery in Dell Latitude, HP Elitebook that don't stick out. Obviously Lenovo could of used cell size as large as a AA battery and keep the size down, but wouldn't that defeat the purpose of having a nine cell in the first place???
