I am looking at buying a lenovo t61 and want to get an external monitor. (the monitor will be used mostly for business appications). I am looking at 19 - 22 inch monitors - space is a problem so looking for something with a small footprint. what monitor would you recommend? am I better to stay with a
a lenovo monitor since I am getting the t61?
should I make any adjustments on the t61 to use an external monitor? thanks for your help

You will probably want to get one of the docking stations to use a large external monitor, because the T61 only has a normal VGA plug on it. You need one of the docks to get a DVI port.

Brand of monitor will make no difference for connecting to the T61. Find one that has good reviews and look at them in person if you can to help choose the one you want.
