The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    mIXedCAsE typing in RealVNC on T500??

    Anyone experience this? I did a clean install of Vista 64, so maybe something got setup wrong.

    I've never had this happen before. The problem only happens in RealVNC, and not on any other machine. It happens remoting into two different machines, so it doesn't seem to be the remote PCs fault. It will type OK if I hold shift for the problem keys, otherwise it's all mixed.

    Has anyone experienced this, or does anyone have RealVNC working on a T500 with Vista 32 or 64?
