    If I make change to my original order, will I lose the discount?

    the 20% off discount isn't available any more...

    No. If you reorder you will however probably have to complain if you want to hang onto the discount.

    i am quite impatient and I've been put on hold for a while...


    should I call sales to modify an order???

    I talked to sales and he said that I would lose my discounts if I changed my order....another rep might give you a different answer though.
