    missing screw on bottom of T61?

    I just happened to notice this. There's a threaded hold at the bottom of my T61. upper left. no screw in... Is this normal?

    Umm...actually it is normal. I have it as well. In my T61p box, there was a screw for that spot and an antenna or something. There isn't a screw or anything there to hold the case together there. Don't worry.

    Do not get mad about Mr. Eurocom he is just too use to hear this kinda of stuff from Alienware and they do have bad Quality Control. It is totally normall to assume this. Heck thats what I thought at first.

    just looked and mine is missing a screw too...is it a good idea to stick a screw in there?

    There is a link up in the 3rd or 4th post that explains why there isn't a screw there, where you can find that screw, and what its for.
