    is there a way to find out whats the manufactor and model of my thinkpads mainboard to flash an manufactor bios to get more options? cpu-z said its an lenovo board with the same numer as my machine... is this correct?

    You can also try out PC Wizard and Everest....

    Flashing another BIOS is an extremely bad idea. You'll end up bricking your motherboard.
