    Hey.

I am moving to the US.
I bought my Lenovo from Israel.

Does any one have any idea what do I do regarding the differences in Voltage?

I think, think, that we use 230 Volts here.
    While the USA uses 110.

So - what do I need to buy (it always comes down to this, ha) ?

You will need the adapter that will change your standard of plug to the US standard, if you read your adapter it will tell you that it will accept 110~220V so you will be fine.
