    hey guys,

    just had a question about my screen. i have a T500 type 2081 and its the lcd display. the part number is 42T0422. who is the manufacturer of this screen?

    and how do i test if i have dead pixels?

    Its an LG display :)
    for testing dead pixels, open IE and press F11 for full screen white background ( using about:blank ) and see if you see any black spots.

    this didnt tell me anything. it just said MONITOR\IBM2887
