is there any thinkpad or other series that meet my requirement?

1.minimal ATi Radeon 5470 discrete GPU
    2.full hd screen resolution (1920x1080 or 1920x1200)
3.maximum 15 inch LED LCD antiglare (smaller better)

I'am software developer, mostly working on code that need gpu that can handle opengl 4.0, opencl or directx 11, and i don't really care about battery life as long as the performance requirement is meet

Sounds like a W510 would meet the bill.

    nVidia Quadro? no ATi Radeon?

Quadro FX 880M is Shader Model 4.0, its equivalent class is ATi Radeon 4000 series.
is there will be any update to replace Radeon 3650 on thinkpad T series with Radeon 5650 ?

The previous Thinkpad W500 features ATI Graphics right up to FireGL V5700...

Which is exactly the same (slightly better performer, but mostly due to FireGL drivers) as the HD 3650.
