    just letting the world know :)

    ordered 6/12/08
    shipped 6/20/08

    ESD was 7/12/08 mainly cause of 4 cell battery causing 3-4 week delay, but I guess they fixed their burnt factory.

    Wow, looks like a really nice system, though I'm a little confused on the RAM. Are you gonna have 1gb of RAM or 4gb? If it's 1 gig, then you might want to consider upgrading since I doubt that'll be enough for Vista...

    I also ordered an X61 this month. It was expected to ship on 7/9. It arrived on 6/17. Exceeding customer expectations - love it!
