    Hey,
I had Vista, it was awful.
I formatted and installed XP, downloaded the lenovo update center to update everything.

In USB devices in the Device Manager I see the AuthenTec device,
I also downloaded the drivers from lenovo's website which installed a nice application, that when I swipe my finger I see the image on it.

But niether OmniPass or ThinkVantage's fingerprint software recognize the device..

The n100 came with Vista installed with OmniPass on it, and the fingerprint worked there, so I'm 100% sure the device isn't broken, on top of that, I have the AT software that checks the sensor.

    Am I missing anything here?
why the softwares don't see the sensor?
