    im so confused, which is a better deal? price is total after rebate & includes tax-free shipping. they are holding the L3000 Y410 for me until 5pm, which is in 3 hrs! plz help!

    So they key differences are:

    L3000 is smaller and has a camera.

    R61i is larger, has no camera, but has card reader and fingerprint reader.

    They cost about the same. The key difference is size. If I were carrying it around a lot I'd get the smaller one. If not, the R61 is probably built a little better and I love the fingerprint login. I use card readers a lot too.

    These were two of the SAME models I was looking at before my purchase for my gf. FWIW, I took the R61i because of the build.
