When I try to remove the hidden partition this occurs. Which one do I remove?

Use GParted.

I went to the website and it said dont use it if your a not familiar with computers and such. Im quite a novice at this and I dont want to mess my computer up.
-
Or should I just leave it on and do it after my clean install?

Is it the Recovery Partition ? It might be in EISA config, that's why Vista is saying its important. Check out Disk Management.

The small size of Partition 1 looks like it is the Recovery Partition - but like the earlier poster mentioned, use GParted - it will remove anything because it is a Linux based disk partitioner.

gracias, using Gparted right now

Try not to resize the Vista partition, otherwise you might screw up winload.exe and will need to run Vista Repair to re-build the bootloader.. Allocate the 1.5GB to the other partition.
