I recently chose T60 and bought it on official Lenovo page. In a few days they delivered... a CASE and a MOUSE, but there was no T60!!! What do you think, they explained that they were missing the screen to complete my order and that from now I have to wait 15 days or (who knows..) more, and I learned about this only when I called them.. no one informed me when I paid.. It's really critical, for I cannot work with a mouse and laptop case :)

Am... that is normal my friend. sometimes they send out accessories first and then the notebook follows later. Hehe and trust me 15 days is pretty good, I have heard of people waiting 30 or more. they should have sent you a email with a link that said when your order would ship (at least thats what happened with me)

Did they shipping box and receipt clearly say the T60 was there? They could of just sent the case and mouse, as the T60 is often not in stock. And if it was Built to Order(aka customized by you), it'll take even longer for it to ship out.

Yes it did.. strange.. Now I got new info, that the problem was with 14"XGA monitor, OK, they might not have it right now, but if I knew that I would have chosen another manufacturer. When I buy a digital camera or even a flash-card, I'm first of all aware of it's AVAILABILITY, right? :)

15 days for a CTO notebook is pretty quick.
