i just got a new x201 laptop for work running Windows XP SP3. it has all the newest drivers and everything but for the love of God the internal mic doesn't work. i have it selected max volume and everything. i've been at it for like 5 hours now but it's just not getting input. the only 1 second glimpse it shows it's getting input is when i click "test hardware" and click on the "select" button. even though it's already selected it doesn't show any input until i keep reselecting it

    please help!
