This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     no wireless adapter on T61?

    Hi there,
    I recently received a Thinkpad T61 and it does not seem to have a wireless adapter installed. Do wireless adapters come as standard on Thinkpads? Ive checked the device manager and there is no wireless adapter listed under network adapters. I presume that they do come as standard. Does anyone know what the problem may be?
