    accidently deleted this omnipass software v4.00.17 cannot get it back any ideas where i can get it and reinstall it ?..cheers

    Should be in the IBM or SWTools folfer on your machine

    yes i did...since there was no way i could turn off the fingerprint reader whic kept on starting, i deleted this omnipass software....which seems to stop the fingerprint reader from starting......also where can i download the drivers for this software cant seem to install them from anywhere even if i go to windows update..see image

    Opies of all of the software for your machine should be located in a folder on your C: drive, usually in the SW or IBMTools folder. Did you delete thos folders? I suppose you could look on Lenovo's site for the software as well.
