Hi well I had my new thinkpad about 2 weeks before the screen starting acting up. I sent it to the service depot and they said they had to modify mother board and sent it back.

well it was doing same thing after having it out of box for 3 minutes the screen was flickering and then blackspots and then it would go out . Well they said send it back to the service depot.
well this time the LCD module was replaced and returned to me yesterday after turning machine on the screen seems to be doing fine

The thing is the machine still makes a crazy sound if playing a video and you plugin or unplug ac adapter
The main thing is the machine is now loose feeling underneath the right side really flexes when picking up the laptop and now the keyboard really flexes on left side under normal typing.

I just kind of lost confidence in the repair facilty . IM just wondering if i should try and get a replacement rather than have them fix it debating if i should call for replacement or have them fix it.

The other option is just to take the things off my self and make sure they put screws where they need to be and live with it . Just aggrivates me im just tired of waiting in this laptop to be fixed Thanks for any replies

    I would call.

Some companies have a policy that if the laptop is repaired a certain number of times you can ask for an exchange (with Dell I believe it's 6.. not sure about Lenovo), but since this is a new machine it should be easier to make your case.

    Try talking to a supervisor.

Good luck and sorry for your troubles. =/
