    I have a p50 with a 512gb nvme drive with my OS and programs. I've got a 512gb m.2 sata drive. I'm looking to put in the 2nd slot. I've heard of people burning up the an m.2 sata drive because it fits both ways (up or down) on the adapter.

    I'm 99% sure I'm supposed to fit it down but I don't want to risk the drive so I'm looking for confirmation.
