    I have been using the fingerprint reader and not the password and I found I could not remember the password. Is it possible to recover the password? Will returning the machine to factory setting do it? I am worried I could be locked out if the fingerprint reader did not work properly.

    when you set the fingerprint and password you were required to set 3 security qeustions that only you would know the answers too. That way incase you forgot your password you can reset it by answering those questions.
