    Hi,

    My Ideapad Y430 is crashing frequently with BSOD.... many a time its a page fault.... ran windows memory diagnostic tool and it shows hardware failure...

    rite now running memtest86 and its showing lot of errors..

    the laptop is still under warranty.. I called up the service and they told that they can arrange for pick up...

    Has anyone over here send their laptop for service to lenovo.... how long does it take them????? Was the problem rectified correctly??? Is there anyway I can trade this in and buy another one from lenovo???
