Can anybody help me? I have a C100 3000 Lenovo model, for the last 4 months. When I open my computer, it freezes to the windows XP "welcome" screen. I tried to use the rescue and recovery option, by shooting down and opening again the computer with the rescue and recovery button. In the "thinkvantage rescue and recovery 3" mode, the computer opens a workspace logon and asks for windows password. I have never set any password to my computer. Furthermore, when I push the "ok" button, I have a message "the user has not been enrolled with client security solution. Only enrolled users may log on or recover their password/passphrase"

    PLEASE HELP

You are going to need to contact Levono about that one, since we are not going to discuss cracking passwords on these forums.
