    yeah that makes sense but other pages about other models say 3...they need to specify what they are testing the laptop on.

    It is probably from Lenovo with the screen turned all the way down, WiFi off, etc.

    probably, but it is just weird that they would do that. That they would change the testing conditions between different computers, and such.

    problem is, you assume the site is completely correct and they really did do real life tests ;)

    well, that's what independent reviews are for, and as Zaz says -- there's no way you'd get 6 hours unless you turn screen all the way down, underclock the processor, turn off wi-fi, unplug all usb devices, turn off the ethernet port, and don't touch a single key.

    Manufactures always take the worst case scenarios for battery testing, like wi-fi off, barely using the notebook, brightness all the way done. Very low chance that you will get the battery life that is posted on their website.
